E&O Risk Management

E&O Risk Management, Tuesday, October 15

Location
Excel
Speakers
  • Kent Anthony
  • Will Larson
Summary
Accidental losses are a fact of life. If they weren’t, Risk Management would be unnecessary. But the world being what it is, anyone who undertakes any activity necessarily faces loss exposures, possibilities of accidental losses to property, to income through liability to others and of life and health. All business is risky business so it is no wonder that agencies today are looking at the risk management process as a strategic function. During the walking tours, we will demonstrate the process of making and carrying out decisions that will minimize the adverse effects of accidental losses. Agents will identify hazards from a hands-on approach and offer solutions from a risk management perspective. Although the majority of agencies may not write public entities or apartment complexes, the areas of risk viewed will assist them in addressing the areas that they do provide the necessary coverage for.

  • Paul Long - Motivational Speaker
Summary
Businesses across the globe are actively seeking answers in how to move the millennial workforce, predicted to hold 75% of all jobs by 2025. Contrary to popular belief, everyone is motivated by something, even millennials! Paul Long introduces the concept of Fundamism while explaining how it can help combat negativity in the workplace, improve customer experience and promote employee satisfaction. The Fundamism philosophy can be applied by all, so motivation is ultimately created not only from the top down but the bottom up. This keynote is ideal for organizations looking to inspire their team while promoting individual accountability in creating workplace fulfillment. You can expect to leave this experience feeling empowered and motivated with clarity in creating your own happiness. By looking internally rather than placing blame elsewhere, you can take greater initiative and an increased sense of pride in achieving desired outcomes.
